We researched many different builders before Sanctuary Builders was selected by the Colon and Rectal and Center of Arizona.  The criteria was many layered.  First Sanctuary builders were prompt.  They provided their bid faster than any group.  Second they were very reasonable.  They came out as one of the lowest bids and were much lower by far than some of the more prestigious builders. Third they called and worked with the architect to determine exactly where the cost savings could occur.  They recognized that the building code was different from what was drawn and were able to save us several thousands on items that did not need to be included to meet code. 
 
After the contract was won our impression of the group got even better.  There were five people making decision from our side on the final colors, counters, floor coverings and other items.  Not all agreed.  The ability for them to negotiate and meet all of our needs was truly amazing.  We were able to make decisions and they kept within the time frame they had promised. 
 
They worked with us every step of the way.
 
Sanctuary Builders will be my first choice for building - we have another renovation beginning in August of 2009.

I choose Sanctuary Builder to complete my office and medical space because they promised to meet my budget and complete my project on time. And they did both.  I have worked with other contractors who gave me a price and then throughout the project they gave me change orders for items not included in the bid.  The lowest priced bidder quickly became the highest.  Sanctuary Builder provided me with the all-inclusive bid so I knew exactly how much my project would be.  There were no surprise charges in order to get the work completed. 

They also knew how imperative it was that I got my office opened on a specific date in accordance with my business plan.  My project superintendent met that date and made sure on opening day that everything was running smoothly.  They sympathized with me being a business owner needing to meet my ROI.

Everyone I worked with at Sanctuary Builder was great to work with, they kept me updated on my project, the lines of communication were always open, they overcame challenges and my expectations were exceeded.  I would highly recommend their services.

I had leased a new space that needed to be brought up to code and renovated before moving in.  I was on a very strict budget and I wanted a contractor who could provide me with feasible options and helped me watch every dollar that was spent.  From my first meeting with Sanctuary they told me about their vendor network and how they manage their trades so they can pass along pricing to their clients.  Sanctuary provided me with cost-saving alternatives, they scheduled meetings with me and their trades to discuss less expensive options and my salesperson, superintendent and estimator went out of their way to make sure I stayed within my budget.  It was obvious that they cared about the things that were important to me.
