We have been a general contractor in Phoenix since 1999. Our niche in the commercial construction business is retail, restaurant, convenience stores, healthcare facilities and office tenant improvements, conversions and new construction.
What makes Sanctuary Builder unique is our approach with each client and their project requirements. To start with we hire Business Development Managers, not sales people. Along with the operational group, the Business Development Managers work closely with our clients to understand their business model, project objectives and company brand. This information provides us an opportunity to better serve the specific project requirements and client. Each project is assigned a Business Development Manager, Estimator, Project Superintendent and Operational Manager; this team approach allows for the expertise of each department to contribute to the client and provide the best solutions. We educate our clients on what is included in their plans, we provide a bid analysis for proper comparison, we provide value engineering options and we walk the clients through the entire construction process. Through our guidance and vast experience, we make the daunting construction task an educational, enjoyable and rewarding experience for our clients.
Another important component to the success of each project is our vendors. We select our vendors appropriately for each job because we clearly recognize the timing and specifics for each project. With every job we emphasize quality, finish details and we manage our trades to perform at our demanding expectations. We understand and appreciate the importance and unique challenges of TI’s versus conversion projects. As well as specialize in remodeling existing stores to update brand image, equipment and appearance.
Your construction team at Sanctuary Builder has been hand selected from years of experience and dedication to customer satisfaction. The owners of Sanctuary Builder have professionally known and worked with each one of them for a minimum of five years. Your construction team will schedule and manage each job according to the plan requirements and will meet every deadline. This includes passing inspections on schedule, this is accomplished through the mutually respectful relationships we have with the cities and their inspectors. You will be constantly up-to date with your project through weekly onsite production meetings with your Business Development Manager, Project Superintendent and Operations Manager. Our communication process has been developed so you always know the progression of your project and to set expectations and project timetables for every week to come.
Are you a developer, shell builder or landlord? As a TI specialist, we make it convenient for you to turn over your projects and clients to us as we are reliable, affordable and we consistently deliver. We will work closely with you to ensure a seamless transition between your project and our TI work for your tenants. We take great care of your referrals and will diligently work on making you look good to your client/tenant.
