While great detail and attention is given to your project, you should expect there will be items that need to be addressed once you move in. From the date of your Certificate of Occupancy, Sanctuary Builder provides you with a limited 1-year warranty and in some circumstances the manufacturer extends that period. Below is a link to our complete warranty booklet which explains each item, its warranty period and project maintenance tips. In the first year, you should always contact Sanctuary Builder directly for warranty items rather than going to the vendor. We are always available for assistance however, we encourage you to review the manual should you experience any problems; in some cases you will find procedures to correct the problem quickly and without having to place a service call.
